We ensure the availability of your X-ray system through regular maintenance, we repair systems quickly and reliably, and we take care of fast pare part shipments. In addition, we provide comprehensive service and application trainings for your employees.
Since we have many years of experience in working with a variety of different microfocus X-ray systems, we not only offer service packages for X-RAY WorX microfocus X-ray tubes, but also for X-ray tubes and inspection systems of other manufacturers.

- Special Developments: Due to the extensive know-how and many years of experience, X-RAY WorX is one of the leading companies in the development of microfocus X-ray tubes. Best sources of evidence are several innovations. The combination of knowledge, experience and the great flexibility of a small, focused company allow us to offer special developments according to market requirements and customer demands.
- Project support: A competent team of experienced developers, service technicians and sales staff as well as partners enable us to manage complex projects – beginning with the evaluation, consulting and purchase up to installation, subsequent services and trainings. We are an independent manufacturer of microfocus X-ray tubes and therefore we are not bound to the inspection systems of particular vendors. Please contact us, if you need independent advice on the feasibility of new projects or the maintenance and expansion of existing systems.
- Service packages: We offer various service packages for X-RAY WorX microfocus X-ray tubes as well as for X-ray systems and X-ray tubes of third party vendors.
- Maintenance and repair: X-RAY WorX offers maintenance and repair of open microfocus X-ray tubes. We also maintain, repair and optimize equipment (X-ray tubes and X-ray systems) of third party vendors. We help you to protect your long-term investment into high-class inspection technology.
- Spare parts: We have a well organized warehouse and is able to deliver spare parts fast and reliably for both, X-RAY WorX X-ray tubes as well as for X-ray tubes and X-ray systems of third party vendors.
- Training: X-RAY WorX regularly offers training courses and seminars. Following a successful launch in 2013, „Microfocus Training Week" for OEM customers and partners has been successfully established. We will offer “Microfocus Training Week” at least two times a year.
